Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS: For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Client", "We" or "Us" refers to Eagles Nest Casino, while "You" means any person who plays at or visits Our facility.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Clients must be at least 19 years old (or the minimum age as required by law in their jurisdiction) to play games and gamble at Our casino. We reserve the right to verify Your age through identification documents if necessary.

3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: You acknowledge that You are fully responsible for all losses, damages, or harm incurred while visiting Our facility or participating in any game or promotion offered by Us.

4. LICENSE AGREEMENT: By accessing and using Our services, facilities, or websites (including mobile apps), You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which form a contract between You and Us. We may modify, replace, or update these Terms at our sole discretion without prior notice to You.

5. USER ACCOUNTS AND GAMING ACTIVITIES: Clients are required to create an account with Us in order to participate in games, promotions, or other services offered by Our casino. Your account is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to limit or terminate Your access at any time without prior notice.

6. GAMBLING RESTRICTIONS:

   • You acknowledge that gambling can cause addiction and related problems.

   • Self-exclusion from gaming at Our facility may be voluntary through contact with Our staff. We reserve the right to suspend access to any client attempting self-exclusion.

7. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS: All promotional offers, free bets, and bonus money are non-transferable and subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. Any attempts to cheat or exploit promotions will result in their immediate invalidation.

8. DEPOSIT LIMITS: Clients may set deposit limits via Our staff for voluntary spending restriction purposes (daily: CAD 100-5000; weekly: CAD 500-25,000; monthly: CAD 2000-75,000).

9. WITHDRAWAL LIMITS: There are withdrawal restrictions of daily CAD $2,999; weekly CAD $15,000 and monthly limits of CAD $50,000.

10. PAYMENT TERMS:

    • We reserve the right to change payment methods or require additional identification for transactions above a certain threshold.
    • Any attempt to make bets using funds not belonging to You will be considered as cheating and lead to immediate termination from Our services.

11. CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS: Clients are allowed to transact with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin via BitPay terminal on-site with a 1.5% transaction fee applied. Converted amounts are subject to Our current exchange rates at the time of conversion.

12. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION: By playing or providing data for services offered by Us, You acknowledge and consent to collecting Your personal information in accordance with applicable laws regarding privacy and fair credit reporting practices. We protect any identifiable client information through encryption measures to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure.

13. CHANGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These Terms may be updated from time to time at Our discretion without prior notice, making all previous agreements replaced by these updated terms as of their posting on Our website.

14. CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNTS OR SERVICES:

    • Clients can cancel services at any time by submitting a written request.
    • Upon account cancellation or termination, You are not entitled to any refund, including promotional balance or unutilized amounts in Your client account.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: We aim for resolving disputes amicably through Our internal complaints procedures which involve providing detailed documentation of concerns raised and giving reasonable opportunities for explanation and response from affected parties.

16. GOVERNING LAW: All activities on the property, and matters arising therefrom are subject to applicable law in the province where Our casino is located. If a dispute arises between Us and You or any other Client that cannot be resolved through informal processes, both Parties agree to seek resolution under New Brunswick Law with jurisdiction of courts sitting within Woodstock First Nation being exclusive.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms represent the complete agreement of Both parties about their respective rights and responsibilities regarding services provided at Our gaming facility. No other document or conversation between Us may change or supplant these agreed-upon terms without our mutual consent in writing prior to its execution.

18. ASSIGNABILITY: We reserve the right, but not obligation, to assign any of our obligations under this agreement without notifying You in advance if a similar arrangement exists with another party that becomes known upon occurrence of an unforeseen event or as part of regular business operations during ongoing negotiations for co-location agreements within New Brunswick.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing and utilizing the services provided by Our casino, clients acknowledge having read these Terms in their entirety and agree to abide by them.
